Celebrating an iconic voice, the timeless sound of Motown, and a legacy that continues onstage 🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤
For nearly three decades, The Temptations Review Featuring Dennis Edwards has brought the unmistakable sound, style, and choreography of The Temptations Legacy to audiences around the world. Founded by legendary vocalist Dennis Edwards in 1997, the internationally touring act honors both his extraordinary career and the music that helped define the Motown era of the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s.
Edwards joined The Temptations in 1968, succeeding David Ruffin and bringing a powerful, gospel-rooted voice to a bold new chapter in the group’s history.
His commanding lead vocals are heard on enduring classics including
“Cloud Nine,” “I Can’t Get Next to You,”
“Ball of Confusion (That’s What the World Is Today),” “Papa Was a Rollin’ Stone,”
“Psychedelic Shack,” “Runaway Child, Running Wild,” “Shakey Ground" "Song For You", "Memories", "Just My Imagination", and more. 16 Platinum Albums and Top Billboard Hits. He was a part of Motown's first Grammy Award "Cloud Nine" in 1968 and earned 5 Grammys. Edwards was inducted into the Rock & RollHall of Fame with The Temptations in 1989.
He also made his mark as a solo artist with the
1984 hit “Don’t Look Any Further,” recorded with Siedah Garrett.
Today, the legacy continues through original performers personally selected by the late Dennis Edwards. Longtime vocalists David Sea, Mike Pattillo, Chris Arnold, Bernard Gibson and Eddie Cameron Jr continue the signature style of The Temptations Review featuring Dennis Edwards Legacy.
With rich harmonies, signature choreography, and an energetic stage presence, the group delivers a memorable journey through beloved songs
such as “My Girl,” “Just My Imagination (Running Away with Me),” “Ain’t Too Proud to Beg,” “Get Ready” and more.
More than a tribute, the show is a living celebration of Dennis Edwards,
The Temptations Legacy and the enduring music of the Motown generation.
